Corazón Healdsburg believes people should be treated equitably and ethically, given their individual needs and circumstances, and the differences between people should be recognized and valued, not diminished. For this reason, the mission of Corazón Healdsburg is to build a compassionate and just community by empowering and dignifying individuals and families, advocating against injustices, and uniting people to celebrate diversity. |
Ripples and Wakes
|
A 12-month peer support program for retreat center staff doing active JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) work. This program continues the learnings with participants from past JEDI Circles. Focused on 'hands' work, through the vehicle of storytelling and in the container of a JEDI space, participants move from idea and intention (head/heart work) into action and accountability, thus creating needed ripples and wakes to manifest our deepest hope to amplify a collective vision for a healing world.

Meeting every other month, the Club focuses on developing literacy about our financial systems. Specifically, for women, especially mothers, who have knowledge to share, or minimal-to-no access to learning/understanding our financial systems that can disproportionately disadvantage them to financial well-being. This is a “design your own curriculum” that builds community, accountability, and self-agency towards learning and growth.

Pagoda Time
|
A peer group of professional women in finance to imagine what our financial structures and systems would be if they had been designed by women. We'll also continue the exploration of how the work of finance can inspire, innovate, and create change. Inspired by Taiwan tea houses set in pagodas where friends meet to talk about ‘anything and everything under heaven,’ Pagoda Time creates a container for informal generative conversations that inspire ideas to manifest.
