JEDI Circles
A six-month program with North American retreat center leaders by creating sacred space to do the deep work of illuminating unconscious biases, confronting internalized racism and unpacking layers of dominant cultural conditioning through a JEDI lens (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion). By being in JEDI practice, participants become more conscious, more compassionate and more curious about themselves, others and the world. Participants begin to see that this work leads to true liberation and change. And begin to realize that until there is ‘wellness in we’ there will never be ‘wellness in me.’

Let's Talk Race
A series of three conversations for the adult community of a K-8 independent school to talk race. This project's framework is to 1) NAME the thing, 2) DESTYGMATIZE the topic, and 3) REFRAME the conversation by creating and modeling courageous and compassionate conversations for kids. The conversations are an opportunity for school leadership to listen to help create and inform their DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) plan for the coming school year and beyond.

A 12-month learning club focused on developing literacy about the financial system. Specifically, for women, especially mothers, who have knowledge to share, or minimal-to-no access to learning/understanding our financial systems that can disproportionately disadvantage them to financial well-being. This is a “design your own curriculum” that builds community, accountability, and self-agency towards learning and growth.

Pagoda Time
A quarterly meeting of financial professionals exploring how the work of finance can inspire, innovate and create change. Inspired by Taiwan tea houses set in pagodas where friends meet to talk about ‘anything and everything under heaven,’ Pagoda Time creates a container for informal generative conversations that inspire ideas to manifest.
A six-month pilot program for an international holistic centers network to provide funding to member centers to connect with a local organization in their community serving vulnerable or marginalized groups. As centers are struggling financially, COVID-19 has exposed the inequities of our social systems and the disproportionate suffering of our most vulnerable and marginalized communities. Within this crisis, there is an opportunity for holistic centers to re-emerge post pandemic positioned to play a role to build and strengthen the community in which they serve – a strategy to build financial well-being for both centers and their community organizations as well as amplify their individual and shared collective work toward social wellness.
